Using Price Lists?

Customer Price Lists work fine with Sales Orders, however if you process a miscellaneous invoice the price from a Customer Price List is not brought in - Epicor 9.05 picks up the price from the Part Master. This is the same in Vantage 6.1.

We are trying to implement price lists at my company. I have set up a price list for a specific customer; however, I am not sure how to pull the pricing information to a quote? Can anyone help?

You should be able to go to Customer Maintance and under the New drop down add the Price list to the customer. If I recall correctly when you do a quote with for this customer it should pull the prices from the price list.

Hope This Helps.

Gene

Hello,

Is the price list attached to the customer under the billing tab of
customer maintenance?

If so, the pricing should automatically populate when you add a quote or
order line for that customer and the specified part number.

With that said, there is a bug that with price lists and Quote Entry. We
have it on 9.04.506A and I'm not sure what other version are effected.
We've been told that 507 will fix it.

Do you know off the top of your head if the manufacturing details tree automatically populates also? Thank you.

you have to use cost adjustment and enter your price again for it to pull into a quote.

Good Day:

You need to put the price list number in

Customer >>Billing tab >> Price-List tab >> click add-new icon on top
tool bar >> add Price list-Code.
That assigns that Price-List to that Customer.
Level of coplexity exists in terms of multiple Price-lists for
same customer, but that is the basics.
