Our samples are stored and managed separately from regular inventory. We would like to similarly segregate them in Epicor. The logical way to do this is a samples warehouse. So far so good (though we haven’t done this yet).

However, we also want to enable our marketing folks to order samples through Epicor but we want to ensure the their orders are fulfilled only from the samples warehouse. Is it possible to restrict users to a specific warehouse?

We setup a Reservation Priority for “Samples” this triggers a BPM to set
the samples warehouse and other customizations we want for a Sample order.
