UserData field in EDI Import?

We’re trying to test EDI in our 10.1.500 pilot server. We’ve verified the .app files have the UD fields in the proper position and we created the UD fields to the DemandHead, DemandDetail, and DemandSchedule tables but they will not import.

Anyone have any tips for us to try?

I assume you’ve got the appropriate UD fields defined on the tables (DemandHead_UD has Character01, Character02, etc). The data comes into DemandHeadImport first before it goes to DemandHead. Make sure those UD fields are on DemandHeadImport_UD. Same with Detail, Schedule…
