I am trying to give our controller access to the “department” screen and it is not working. I went through the path and gave her access to it but she can still NOT get to it. What am I missing
Make sure she has access to all menus along the path. That said it will open up a lot of other menus underneath each submenu as you go down. Each menu along the path can and does likely have its own security group. Each security group needs her having access either through a user security group assigned to both the security group and her user, or through direct access on the security group.
