Dear Experts, On every year end closing the auditors want a report of all the access users have.
Has anyone found a better/easier way to do this?

Doesn’t the menu security report provide you that detail?
You should be able to do it linking back information from the ice.security table and the dashboard, if you are using security groups you would need to expand out the users based on the groups. If not then you would expect to see the delimited list of the users in the allowed column in ice.security table…
You just need to break each chunk down to bite size pieces then stitch it all together.
