User permissions to access Dashboard creation

Hi all,

I have a user who needs access to be able to create dashboards - I have enabled Dashboard Developer in their User Account Security Maintenance, however they still don’t have access to the application. I gave them the path of Executive Analysis > Business Activity Management > General Operations > Dashboard and they said they don’t have the “General Operations” section - I’m guessing this is the issue? What permission do I need to give them to have access to this?

Hi Dana. Open Menu Maintenance, follow the path you provided, then select the security tab.

If ‘allow access to all’ is not selected (I assume it’s not) is the user in question on the allowed list?

Turns out it was having the “Security Manager Only” selected, once that was unticked the user had access! Thank you!
