User Designated Tables

Usually I go to the HELP menu, click Field Help, then Technical Details, and the Field Name generally has the TABLE.FIELDNAME listed there.

We have several user designated tables in Epicor version 8.03.408B. These were set up by an outside vendor. How can I see what the table associations are? Since I have not set these up I am at a loss regarding how to go about this.
