We have one user that I am stuck on that cannot print. If I log into Epicor on his computer it works fine for me. I even tried a new hire that hasn’t started yet and it worked. I tried to create a new username for this person and then it didn’t work. We use SSO so the account is tied to his windows credentials. Is it a windows permission thing?
I would make the user check the status of the report they tried to print in System Monitor. Alot of times the report can actually finish, but never generate on screen. Just takes a quick selection of the report on the Reports tab and the print preview button to make it pop up.
If that doesn’t fix it, I would recommend clearing their cache folders on their computer

So i was able to make it work when i removed the windows credentials for SSO. I thinking maybe a windows permission maybe.
