So we have one customer that was getting all their tracking numbers but in the past two days have not. Everything in the Customer Maint looks correct with nothing missing. Idea’s on where to look before I write it off as not my issue?

How is the quantum view data being transmitted to UPS?
If you use Manifest, this should be transmitted when processing end of day.
We do use Manifest. And from the looks of it, the quantum view goes through Manifest. But my UPS tracking info isn’t being shipped.
First check to see if the end of day is being processed, that is when the quantum view data is transmitted.
If end of day is working properly, perhaps a restart of the Manifest app servers.
There have also been some issues transmitting data to UPS on some of the older versions of Manifest due to TLS upgrades from UPS. It’s odd how those issues are not affecting all users at once.
After that, email Manifest team and see what they think.
On the TLS thing, I found out about that yesterday. Somehow, I did not get the memo this was coming and now I’m scrambling to put things together.
