Is anyone out there that is using Manifest/QuickShip use the UPS Driver Summary Report.
We have had incidents where UPS picked up packages, however, they never show up in the tracking system and never get delivered.
It looks like the UPS Driver Summary (which can be printed when we use UPS World Ship) has the driver scan for the boxes being picked up for the day.
Just wonder what other people are doing to “protect themselves”.
Also, UPS recommends we buy Insurance just for this scenario. It seems kind of wrong to do that.

We are aware the UPS Driver Summary is not Required by UPS.
I would like to know is “what is done if you say UPS picked up the box, but UPS says we never got it”?

We provided he driver the report with the list of packages and had him initial.

How do you deal with multiple pick-ups on the same day?
