Just upgraded from 10.1.400.18 to 10.2.500.23
Installed fine on most computers in the office. There were 3 computers that would not launch Epicor client. I can see the Epicor process running but the form never pops up for me to login to transfer the zip file. Any ideas? I’ve tried a restart and I am running the software as admin.
I have seen anti-virus software block the full installation of Epicor. Perhaps disabling it might help?
Copying the client folder from a working computer solved the issue.
