Upgrade CSF: Import cancelled or failed for .rdl

I am testing upgrading to 10.2.700.7. We’re close to finishing up so that I can flip the switch at the end of this month. I forgot to test upgrading the CSF for one of our companies. When I do, I get the following errors:

[1/8/2021 8:28:20 AM] The permissions granted to user 'UserA' are insufficient for performing this operation. ---> Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.AccessDeniedException: The permissions granted to user 'UserA' are insufficient for performing this operation.

[1/8/2021 8:28:51 AM] Import cancelled or failed for 'ARFormEinv'.

I have ensured UserA has permissions to the EpicorERP section of the Report Server as Content Manager. It is also set as a System Administrator in the site settings.

Is there anywhere else I should look? This is a test server, not our production server.

Check user Maintenance.
Options> SSRS Report Designer Access.
Secondly, check the report site have domain user full access.

Thanks. I tried to delete the topic, but it said I wasn’t allowed to. I figured out the problem. The ‘UserA’ wasn’t defined in the security in the SQL server. Once I added the login, everything started working just fine.

I see this is an old post, but I’m having this same issue now. We’re in the cloud, so do I have to put in a ticket for them to check things? I didn’t use to have this issue, and I’m not certain when it started, though it must have been pretty recently. I am able to download custom reports from Live and them upload them to Pilot. I am able to then print in Pilot. I cannot seem to upload the custom report to Third, no matter how I do it without getting that user permissions error.
I’ve tried deleting the custom styles from Third, and then attempted to re-create, but I still get that error. I will create a ticket with Epicor, just in case, but if anyone knows the answer in the meantime, I’d love to know.
Happy Friday!

UPDATE: That was the fastest Epicor ticket resolution ever! Less than 10 min from Open-Closed. Since we’re in the cloud, I did have to put in a ticket and Epicor’s Public Cloud Team was on it. I can create, preview, and print reports now in our Third environment. -Completed.
