Unbalanced COS/WIP Journal

Hi

My COS/WIP is stuck in a review journal as it’s out by a cent. Fairly new to Epicor so not familiar with how to fix this.

Please could I have some pointers.

Hello,you can try and go to
Financial Management + General Ledger + Setup + Book
There is a tab about rounding, make sure you enter a cent on rounding tolerance and a gl account where the variances should hit.

Does this field only affect the COS/WIP posting or other modules/postings that have rounding issues as well?

Hello Ludicia, it affects all modules.

You can go into review journal and pick something to change by the penny or fraction to make it balance and then revalidate and confirm the journal.
