Unable to INVOICE customer from packing slip

Answer: 

Turned out the customer's billing frequency was incorrectly set.

We're having trouble with AR Entry "Get Shipments."  It displays 6 packing slips that have been marked "Shipped," but the "Invoice" check box is not checked.  


We've successfully invoice this customer in the past. 

We just had a problem like this –

 

Check to see if the Sales Order has terms –

 

The other problem is someone checked Auto Invoice –
