I did a BPM that involve UD Fields. I did it with the epicor pre build functionalities. The BPM fires in the right business object, and the logic is fine (look screenshots below), but the bpm it is not catching the data for the ud fields in the TTTable.

I believe that the UD Field Table Does NOT have records if there are no data in the UD Fields. In addition to using equal to “” try equal to null.
i will try null but that is an string field let me see if it work and thanks for your response
True but if there is no corresponding record in the UD Table, it will be null.
