Is it possible to have an UBAQ on UD100/UD100A tables? If I put together a simple dashboard, I do not see any way to specify UD100 or UD100A from the “New” icon. Clicking “new” simply adds a new row to both tables.
I can make this into a singular UD table if there is no easy way to do with the Parent-Child tables.
I have found those parent/child tables to be problematic in this way… Typically, I will create a customization to the UD100 table instead to handle the updates/adds.
You need a UBAQ for UD100 and another UBAQ for UD100A
then bring both of those into the same dashbaord In different panels.“Then clicking new” in the “right” panel will call the “right” getNew.
I decided to ditch the UD100 parent/child table and just go with a singular UD table. It is alright if I have some redundant/repeating fields on each row. Not ideal, but really I just needed a quick way of entering and validating some raw data coming into Epicor (without having to design/build an entirely new UI form w/all its fields from scratch).
