Two Users Problem

Two of my users are experiencing the same issue, but only them.

Epicor shuts down on its own, seemingly random.

Internet is excellent.
Windows quota set to max
The event logs show very little during her work hours except for this:
Error: Application Hang

The program Epicor.exe version 3.2.600.6 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

Does this issue only exist on their workstations? (I.E. - everythig is okay when the use a different workstation)

Does it happen if they are logged in as a different user on their workstation?

Any different antivirus software on either of their machines?

Only on these two workstations.

We use specific workstations for each person so never had them use a different user account. (We are SSO)

Anitvirus is the same for everybody company wide.

Sounds like either a network issue or dot net. If they have wireless and wired connection I would verify that they are only using one and the card is not allowed to sleep to save power. Also see if there is something unique about the dot net version on each PC. I’ve seen similar issues that were very hard to track down and found a unique version of dot net on the clients created the same odd behavior…
