Trying to login to E-10 and new error popping up

image My IT department is stumped so I thought I’d check here and see if anyone had encountered this particular error.

Only on this workstation? Or everywhere?

Just this workstation, laptop. I am the end user, accessing remotely via NetExtender. All windows updates have been done, I can reach all other folders and drives on the network, but when I try and login to E-10, that is the message I receive. My login screen doesn’t come up.

This has been resolved. He didn’t share the issue, just that some file was corrupted, but I am back in and running.

I am encountering the same issue for one specific user , what was the solution to this?

Are you on-prem? If corrupted files are the reason, I’d bet deleting the temp cache files would fix it. Or blowing Epicor away and doing a fresh install of the client.
