Trust Relationship issue... After Upgrade?

We are on Government and our QuickShip is Cloud based.
We are getting a trust relationship error this morning - I have a ticket in with the QuickShip Team.

IIRC that’s not something a could customer can fix.

We have the same message, but for enterprise search

First 2 things that come to mind:
Server vs Machine time should be within 5 minutes (timezone corrected)
Using fully qualified domain name? myserver vs myserver.mydomain.com

We are getting the same error and I also have a support ticket in. Getting same trust relationship error when trying to freight a shipment.

Edit: we are also gov/cloud

Edit: they have just upgraded our ticket to emergency with the cloud team.

Agreed, but since they are SaaS they don’t control the servers.

Only in progress incident on status.epicor.com is this one:

The status website frequently does not report or list outages and problems. Its rather frustrating.

Cert expirations are always a pain.

With an issue like this - when you call EPicor support - I would be selecting “MY SYSTEM IS DOWN”

If you can’t ship, this is not the time to be waiting in a queue for a fix

Epicor Corrected the Trust Relationship and QuickShip is working now. Not too bad on the response - ill bet they are being “Hit Heavy” today.

All good here.
