Trouble Opening Application Studio in web browser: "Edge Agent Not Detected" Error

Hello EpiUsers,

I encounter difficulty opening UD103 maintenance in Application Studio Editor via web browser. Error message reads “Edge Agent Not Detected.” However, accessing it from the same menu/Kinetic layer within Epicor’s Application Studio Editor works fine

Please advise on resolving this issue. See attached screenshot for reference.

The only time I see this error is when I try to open a “classic” menu in the browser.

You can obviously access UD103 via Kinetic (your first screen shot)… so… not sure why App Studio would cause the error.

What’s your Menu Maint. set-up for this form?

I found no issues with this; for your reference, a screenshot is provided below.
Consider whether you believe I should evaluate.

Although the problem is still present, a workaround has been discovered. When the Kinetic form is open in the web browser, the text “designer/pages” is appended to the URL, and the layer opens Application Studio.
