Tree Options in Engineering Workbench?

Had not noticed until a user pointed this out.
Tree Options won’t display in the Engineering Workbench until after you’ve clicked on the Refresh button?

I’ve checked this on older/newer versions of E10 and it seem like it’s been like this for a while?
Wonder if others have ever investigated, found root or workarounds?

Also, would like to hear if you know where these user Tree Options are stored?
On preliminary look, it’s not as a simple personalization… hmmmn.

Correction… on second look, these are stored as simple personalizations.
After deleting the personalization, I just forgot to close/re-open E10 before I tested the EngWB form again.

And I guess I can try adding a refresh someplace in a form customization.
