I had a user mistakenly create, ship, and delete a transfer order and it’s packing slip. It was never received in the receiving plant and now it’s stuck “In transit” in part tracker, is there any way to clean this up?
Just wild guesses… if you have a test system to play with
a.) See if via UBAQ or DMT you can recreate a deleted transfer order with same TONum then verify any existing PartTrans should reconnect?
b.) Or if it is possible to clean up your inventory with adjustments first… then reenter a new transfer order from scratch?
