Tough one - how do you handle warranty and service calls?

We are an OEM. We have to cover the machine for a one-year period after sign-off. Sometimes we have exceptions for individual components based on the contract that can extend the warranty for those items.

How do you handle your warranty? Do you use the warranty for parts in Vantage? Zero dollar service calls or service contracts?
