Since you can't add records in the dashboard the closest you will get is
using the PartWhse table and display the Total Onhand for each warehouse. If
you only use one warehouse your in luck.

Can anyone show me how to calculate the total on hand qty for use in a
dashboard?

I wan't a dashboard query showing parts and their total on-hand qty, and it
looks to me that there is no such field. Rather, it looks like Vantage does
some sort of calculation. Is there a way to calculate this to a field and
display it in the query?
