Curious how others have setup their tools as resources in a multi-site environment.
we are trying to get to where the tool can be used as a schedule constraint per site and keep a inventory location of where the tool is at.
We had tools setup like this, but then went multi-site and lost ability this as the second site was being setup in a rush.
Do you setup two resource groups one for each site with duplicate part numbers to match?
T4001774 is a current tool number example for us and then the resource is a T4001774-1. A second tool is a -2, so you put the site code in the tool number?
We have a ton of tools setup to update/change and don’t want to do have to redo this setup multiple times.
Appreciate an advise from those of you already scheduling like this.
