Time Phase out of whack - vista 8.0

We've also run the 7195 conversion, per Phil Berglund epicor support suggestion. When that didn't work along with 6430, we were given a fix to delete blank warehouse records. See the text of it below.

Data Fix for Change Request 35762mps and 30928MPS - IM Qty Adjustments adds DBL qty to Time Phase balance

TABLE(S), FIELD(S) AND/OR OBJECT(S) AFFECTED:
PartQty.record Delete where warehousecode = ''
PlantWhse.record Delete where warehousecode = ''
PartWhse.record Delete where warehousecode = ''

PROGRAM: FX_DelBlankWhseCodeSQL.r

HOW TO RUN THE FIX PROGRAM:

NOTE: Always make sure to test the program on a copy of your database before running against your "Live" database.

DISCLAIMER
1) It is highly recommended that you run this one off program on a test copy of the database
before you run it on your live database.
2) It is also recommended that you make a current backup of the live database before running
this program on the live database.

"Any unexpected results that occur by not testing on a backup copy of the database are the
customer's sole responsibility, not that of Epicor software or its employees."

STEPS:
1. Save the attached program to the Epicor904 folder on the server.
2. Open the Epicor 9.04 Administration Tools for the database that you want to run the program against.
3. You will be prompted to log into the database.
4. Click the Run Progress Program button
5. Drill down to the program that you put on the server in Step 1.
6. Click "OK" to run the program
7. When the program is complete, you will get a Message box stating that the Program Succeeded. Click "OK".
8. Click "Cancel" to exit out of the Run Program screen.
9. Exit out of the Epicor 9.04 Administration Tools

I know it is wrong on some parts because it says I have 371 on hand. Then the next line says I need 24 for a job, but the balance is 671, not 347.
