We have a couple of parts where Time Phase is not showing stock that is sat in CMI. The bin is not set as Non-nettable so i am not sure why it is not showing as we have other CMI parts in stock that do show? I have run a Data Fix from Support (FixBinsAll) which we had for a similar issue last month but the parts do not appear on the report.
Anyone have any ideas?
Just curious if you figured this out or not. We haven’t delved into CMI yet… but I was just reading up on it and the “Managed Inventory Stock Status Report” information says that items in the report must be costed at a zero value.
Any chance the parts you’re missing have a value and that’s why they’re not appearing? I’m not saying Time Phase SHOULD work the same as the Managed Inventory report. But… who knows. Just curious.
Does Part Transaction History show anything suspicious about the suspect parts? And odd transactions, transfers, that may have impacted time phase?
Can you find them in a BAQ against PartBin?
It was an issue with Time Phase which now seems to be reporting correctly
Part Tracker, PTHT and all other Quantity on Hand reports and dashboards were reporting fine. It would seem that Time phase was having a moment.
