Time Phase Layout versus personalization

Turn developer mode on
Go into the Time Phase screen
Arrange the columns like you want them
Save Layout
Go into Customization for Time Phase
Click Save

Now the columns should be set in the customization

I customized the Time Phase screen and as expected, some people lost their
personalizations. I want to arrange the columns in a way that works for most
people, but I cannot move (drag) the columns while in the customization
screen.

Is there a way to arrange the columns so that it applies to everybody? I
thought I had done this once before - maybe I'm having a PEBKAC.

Open up the form in developer mode. Rearrange your columns. Save Layouts. Go into Customization. Save Customization.
