Kevin, I needed this today myself. A quick search of this group found that the data is stored in the "PartDtl" table.
Based on a quick look at that table, it appears to in fact be the time phase data. Hope this helps.

Subject: [Vantage] Time Phase inquiry - Email found in subject
I'm having a problem with the time phase inquiry. It's pulling in some parts on sales orders that are for different plants.
If I pull up Order Entry, and change the plant on the order, then change it back: time phase appears to get back into sync.
I've got this reported to Epicor, however, I'm also digging into the issue myself. It appears the TimePhas table is a temporary table that gets generated on the fly during the inquiry or report. Is anyone familiar with the process, where it gets it's inputs, etc - especially from the sales order side.
Thanks.
Kevin Simon
