I am working on trying to understand some of the information on display here in Time Phase, and I am getting lost.
Why is the Expedite PO showing a negative quantity received?
Time Phase by default will include suggestions, you can check the box at the top of the grid to toggle them.
PO 214431/3/1 is due to arrive on 12/4. Epicor is suggesting you expedite that PO release and instead have it arrive on 11/21.
The negative quantity is the suggestion bit, you can see the other, positive suggestion above it for 11/21.

And the âSuggestion for Warehouseâ thing is just saying âEpicor thinks it would be best to receive that into that warehouseâ?
Epicor will make a suggestion and then react to that suggestion assuming you followed thru with it.
I would assume the job on 3/11 is pulling from that warehouse, so it needs to put it there to be available.
I believe those are New PO Suggestions. Epicor is telling you to order more.
If you toggle Suggestions off in Time Phase they should go away. You should also be able to find new PO suggestions for this part in âNew PO Suggestionsâ
