Thin Clients - Delete Local Temp files

We have Epicor running MES on one of our thin clients. Do you know if the thin clients store the local temp files below anywhere so that they can be deleted?

  1. On the user Computer, Go to C:\ProgramData\Epicor and delete those files
  2. On the user Computer, Click Start on the Taskbar and type %temp% and click enter, all those are temporary files and can be deleted.

We have WYSE Terminals that connect to a Citrix Server. I RDP into the Citrix Server and locate the C:\ProgramData\Epicor\xxxx\ folder and rename\delete it. That seems to be the shared folder that our Citrix Users use together.
