Has any of you ever experienced something like this?
My Epicor works fine. But only one menu doesn’t open. It won’t open, and when I try to open it, my Epicor disappears. So I have to log in again and then it is consuming the session.
The menu is PO Suggestions, I did some personalization on this menu yesterday, and it won’t open from this morning.
All other menus open just fine.
What’s wrong? Anyone who has been through this. How can I solve this?
Try clearing your client cache, close out of Epicor and rename %ProgramData%\Epicor\{{SERVERNAME}-{not sure for Kinetic yet}} folder then start your Epicor client.
Also, you can enter Developer mode and remove your personalization too.
