The form cannot be printed without previewing first

The Crystal Runtime is a Epicor developed package it is not from Crystal.
There are several flaws in it that I have found. We have several custom
reports where you must print preview before sending it to the printer for
one reason or another.



There was a new runtime that came with 408b? I have yet to do much testing
with it.

We have a problem where Print doesn't print to Tray 2 in a 3-tray printer,
in neither 8.03.405a nor 9.04.504b, but Print Preview works. I think Print
Preview is handled by Crystal whereas Print is handled by Vantage/Epicor.
SCR 54009 has been issued, targeted for service pack V8.03.409. Perhaps
it'll fix these other issues as well.

I have a customized version of the AR Invoice Form (implemented as a report
"style"). For some reason, this form cannot be printed directly in Vantage
(without going to print preview first). Here is what happens:
1. I open the AR Invoice Tracker and load an invoice
2. I click the print icon in the toolbar
3. The Print Invoice dialog displays
4. I choose the report style from the dropdown in the Print Invoice dialog
and
click the print icon (not the preview)
5. The Print dialog displays
6. I choose a printer and click OK
7. Vantage displays form in print preview.
8. The form opens in print preview.
9. I click the Print icon in the Print Preview window.
10. The Print dialog displays
11. I click OK.
12. The form finally prints.

I have Vantage 8.03.305 version
Please, is there a way to configure the crystal report so that it print
directly when we click on print?
