Those are both saying the exact same thing. You only need to restore the
schema holder, the schema is what's inside the actual database, and that
comes over with the copy of the database.

I am trying to get a Test DB setup for E9. SQL Database running on a
separate server than the App Server.
Looking at the install guide it states to Restore the Schema and then
Restore the Schema Holder. I can restore the Schema Holder but don't know
what the Restore the Schema is. I think I have the rest of the steps
figured out.
Any help is appreciated.
