We are looking to improve our response time in our technical
support/field service department and found that the Field Service module
in Vantage just isn't giving us what we need. We need a software the
can easily track the inventory on our technician's van, generate
estimates, create invoices at time of service (almost like Stanley
steamer).
Another aspect of this is a little bit of CRM, managing the incoming
calls and follow ups as needed. In addition, a software the would help
us to be proactive and contact existing customers in hopes to sell spare
parts packages, extended maintenance packages, etc.
What is everyone else using to support their tech support/help
desk/customer service?
