Error: Restarting Service: Cannot Start service EpicorICETaskAgent3.1.400.0 on computer ‘E10.versa.com’ An instance of the service is already running.
Received this message after I tried to run a report and nothing came up for preview. So I went into the server and restarted the SQL reporting services. Then I went to check out the task manager and noticed it said stopping but it’s been over an hour since I’ve been here and it still says that and we cannot even print preview out of Epicor.
I’m thinking I just need to kill the task agent, correct? If so, How do you do that? Never had this issue and I’m not really 100% for sure, so wanted to ask before I screw something up.
