Hello!

I am trying to put a TAB inside of a barcode in SSRS. Basically what I am trying to is to have in a tag the following = WHSE * TAB * BIN * TAB * LOT in just one barcode. Is there a way to put the command for that?

So far I have read that Code 39 uses $I but I do not know if that woudl be the case, since I have tried that with no success.

Tab in barcodes are usually scanner specific. you need to figure out what your scanner expects for a tab.

but do you have an example on how would I put it in the SSRS report? I am a multi tenant customer so I am stuck to whatever SSRS let me do.

you have to figure out what symbol is a tab in your specific scanner. Then you can modify the SSRS report to include it.

I had the same situation and I found the solution. I am using LS2208 scanner and it requires enable “Function Key Mapping” for using $I$M.
