System Monitor Popup enabled by default

Does anyone know if there is a way to enable System Monitor popups by default? I went through config editor to see if there was any options there, but no luck.

.sysconfig file <userSettings> section, <StartSystemMonitor value="False" bool="" /> should be changed to True

Thanks, but what i’m talking about is the options to have pop up balloon messages from System Monitor.

That’s a Personalization. Not sure you can default those values for every user and for new users.

This is nuts. Surely at least the popup on error should be checked by default.
