user don’t have authority to change the unit cost.
You need to update company configuration. It’s on the materials/receiving tab. Allow update of supplie price when receiving.
Hi, but this option will allow user to edit the unit cost. In PO the price shows 2.30 but when do receiving it change to 2.45
There is a difference between Unit Cost and Supplier Price. Unit Cost will depend on the Costing method you use while supplier price will always be the PO price. The 2 will never be the same unless if you are buying at the same price always.
