Supplier Nonconformance / DMR / CA Report

How do you all handle the notification to suppliers of a Nonconformance, DMR, or Corrective Action? I dont see any functionality within Epicor.

I am assuming I have to write my own Nonconformance, DMR, and CA report to send to the supplier… I think Epicor should come with this.

In my opinion the Epicor 10 Nonconformance, DMR, and Corrective Action system is not fully functioning or perhaps I am missing something.

I remember the quality module being “unintuitive” when I first encountered it.
Do you have access to one of the a course guides for the quality module?
Getting some training under my belt eased the pain… a little (for me).
Once I had gained some familiarity, I still ended up customizing here and there.
