I found a detail with Epicor in which they were trying to make a direct shipment, but the boarding check needed to be marked, since it was not marked, they tried again and the change required to be reflected, even clicking on the refresh button.
At a visual level, it was not shipped or the brand was not seen, but at a database level, the status did change. Still, because it was not seen on the screen, the Packing Slip was eliminated, now the existence of that shipment I no longer have it because the existence was discounted.
Could the stock be recovered in some way without having to make a quantity adjustment?
