Steps to take when reports do not hit the processing queue

I have a user who will submit reports to be processed, but nothing happens. This happens in the afternoon each day. Here is a sample of what I see when viewing all items. The ‘Last Action’ will be blank and then after a number of attempts a report will preview.

We have tried closing and reopening the application to see if this will fix the issue. The user reboots their machine every 2 days.

Any thoughts of things I can try?

I had a similar issue and for me it was that the TaskAgent on my Server was out-of-date. We upgraded from 400 to 500 to 500.31 somewhere in the middle we didnt update the Task Agent. Once I Installed the latest Agent problems like this disappeared.

We are on 10.1.500.21 and are occasionally experiencing the same issue but our IT department is unable to pinpoint the root cause of the issue. I would appreciate it enormously if you could let me know the exact folder where the Task Agent DLL files are located so that I can pass it on to our IT department and ask them to double-check what DLL version they are running.
