For the PO, you can supress the header for pages greater than 1. Right click in
the page header and click on the formula button for "Supress - no drill down"
and put in the following formula "if PageNumber = 1 then no else yes". We
created a 2nd header that prints on pages greater than 2 that is much shorter.
Because the file has so many other modications you find it is easier to modify
your own. Find ours attached any way
