Standard crystal forms modifications

For the PO, you can supress the header for pages greater than 1. Right click in
the page header and click on the formula button for "Supress - no drill down"
and put in the following formula "if PageNumber = 1 then no else yes". We
created a 2nd header that prints on pages greater than 2 that is much shorter.
Because the file has so many other modications you find it is easier to modify
your own. Find ours attached any way

I don't know if anyone else has this issue, but was wondering if anyone has
