Unfortunately you have to write one in crystal as Engineering Workbench
only gives you the variance by part number

Our company is currently implementing Vantage 8.03 and have a question
to the group regarding standard cost roll-ups. We are primarily a
standard cost environment, and have found no report/view in Vantage
that allows us to review the impact of a standard cost roll on
inventory valuation prior to posting and reviewing the actual changes.

Is there a report or process step that we are missing, or has someone
developed a report to accomplish this?

In version 6.1, after selecting the cost-roll-up group,
You can choose File > Print Edit List.
