We have Epicor On Line.(shared cloud) What is the best way to manage a SSRS report we want to update with logo etc please? We have version 10.2

Well, in the more recent versions of SSRS reports, you can provide images for some of the standard reports without editing the standard form. If you need to download and edit a form, you can do that too. All of this is controlled by Report Style Maintenance. The Help file is pretty straightforward on how to download/upload or assign an image. You’ll have to download Microsoft’s Report Builder 3.0 (free) to make changes to your SSRS reports.

I guess I was hoping to be able to download a report so I could see how they were written. I imagine I have to use BAQ to do custom. I appreciate your kind help. We definitely are going to have to create custom reports
The down load is always greyed out
Oh, in 10.2.300+, there’s an option on User Account Security for SSRS Designers that needs to be turned on. That’s probably why you’re seeing the disabled Download item.
