SSRS Report Error (SO Acknowledgment)

I currently am working on debugging an issue with one of our SSRS Reports but have come to a stand-still as I’m unsure of the best way to proceed.

Our Sales Order Acknowledgment report has never failed before but is erroring on a specific Sales Order due to a SqlDateTime overflow error. After looking at all the data in the Sales Order, it seems as if everything is correct. Any idea what might be happening here and the best way to proceed in getting this fixed?

Here is the full stack trace:

I see similar Support cases that required the OF_Upd_OrderHed_OrderDate.df data fix from Support to address.

Nathan,

Thanks for the response. How would I go about confirming that I need this data fix, and then how could I get the fix? Sorry if this is an obvious question, this is my first time in this sort of situation.

That’s Support’s job  Just open a case, mention the problem you are running into the way you did on this post, mention that I (Nathan your friendly neighborhood Support Engineer aka: Nathan Anderson, MPLS Tech Support) thought it might be the data fix that I mentioned earlier.
