Hi,
I have a custom Quote Form that when I run it with report builder the pagination/ rendering is fine, but when I launch it from Epicor, the rendering is different.
I tried clearing cache in the application and SSRS but that doesn’t change the outcome:

Going to ask the obvious first: You assigned the new report to a different Report Style and chose the that Report Style in Epicor?
What happens when you hit print layout when running in report builder?
Yes 
I am running the correct report
The image that I enclosed was ran with Print Layout - and it is running well as expected
I resolved the issue, but cannot fined any logical explanation for it, I just cannot get into the heads of SSRS developers 
My Total at the top level grouping included a large text box. After I broke this text box to several boxes in different lines the rendering worked under Epicor.
As I mentioned, it always worked in Report Builder…Go Figure
