SQL Server Database maintenance Vantage 8.03.305H and SqlServer2005

We are running Vantage 8.03.305H to a SQLServer 2005 datatbase running
in Sql2k compatibility mode.

Does anyone now the recommended maintenance for the SQL database?

Should we reindex the tables? How often?
