Trying to track down the cause of this error, there are no BPMs or customizations in place. It occurs whenever we try to pull a “Get Details” in a quote.
It looks like it might be an issue with the SQL server? Tried restarting the SQL agent and restarted the app pools but no luck.
If it’s a SQL lock bouncing the app pool or SS Agent wouldn’t do the trick… have to bounce SQL Server service itself. There could be other and better ways of clearing the lock, but stop and start SQL should work

Here is a KB on performance things you can try to find the cause. I used sp_lock3 to find an issue before.
