Thanks to all who replied. I just ran the conversion and it took care of
the problem.

I had the same problem this morning. I called Vantage tech support. They
had me run database conversion number 6430 in the utilities menu. This fixed
it for us. They said there was a problem when entering orders where Vantage
will mess up the demand quantity. They also said we should run this once a
week or so. It only took 7 or 8 minutes to run and they told me you can run
it with users in the system. Were on Vantage 5.2.321

Subject: [Vantage] Inventory Demand
We have a situation here that is driving me crazy. I have a part number
in
inventory that is showing a demand qty of 250. I can not for the life of
me
figure out where the demand is coming from. I checked for open sales
orders, no open orders. I looked at job orders, I have one job open that
has this part listed as a material requirement for 25 pcs. (I see that in
the reserved bucket). We do not have this part set up with min/max
levels,
they are set at zero. Have I missed something that is causing this
demand?
